Terms of service – KODMIL WhatsApp Automation

1. The app sends automated WhatsApp messages through your own WhatsApp Business account. You need a WhatsApp Business Cloud API setup with Meta and accept Meta's WhatsApp Business terms and policies.
2. Meta charges WhatsApp conversation fees directly to your WhatsApp Business account. These fees are not part of the app's pricing.
3. You are responsible for collecting valid consent from your customers (for example KVKK, İYS, GDPR) and for the content of the messages sent in your store's name.
4. Message templates must be approved by Meta. Delivery depends on Meta and on the customer's WhatsApp account; messages that cannot be delivered are shown in the message log.
5. The app is currently free of charge. If paid plans are introduced, they will be billed through Shopify and shown in the app before any charge.
6. WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC. KODMIL is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
